Hiring of Third Party Recruitment Firm/Testing Service Company for NEECA Service Grade positions

National Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority (NEECA), Ministry of Energy (Power Division) is the focal agency for all energy efficiency and conservation activities in Pakistan. NEECA requires the services of a third party firm for recruitment of suitable candidates on NEECA Service Grade (NSG) positions. 
NEECA invites Technical and Financial Proposals from interested firms of national repute for carrying out recruitment process. The firm must have the capacity to offer and manage test centres for applicants. RFP Document is available on website (www.neeca.gov.pk) and EPADS portal. Interested EPADS registered bidders can apply.
Technical and Financial Proposals completed in all aspects must be submitted online on EPADS, as well as the sealed bids in envelopes must reach at below mentioned address through courier, postal mail or by hand on or before 02:30 PM, 23rd December, 2024. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM.
