Invitation for Pre-Qualification

Energy Conservation Fund (ECF) / NEECA invite proposals from experienced and financially sound event management service providers. Pre-Qualification document which include the terms and conditions, procurement method, proposal opening process, evaluation criteria and guidelines for clarification/rejection of proposals, are available to the interested applicants and can be downloaded from www.neeca.gov.pk and EPADS-PPRA Website https://eprocure.gov.pk. Proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS and hard copy in sealed envelope at office of the undersigned by November 06, 2025 at 1500 hours. The proposals will be opened on the same day at 1530 hrs.
