TENDER NOTICE

 

PURCHASE OF SOFTWARE

 

National Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority (NEECA) is sole federal authority for initiating, catalyzing, carrying out and coordinating the implementation of all energy conservation programs in all sectors of economy.

 

NEECA invites reputable software/IT firm, having NTN, GST number, having their registered office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi to submit their sealed bids inclusive of all taxes for Purchase of software(s):

·       Proof of income Tax, sales tax (active Tax Payer)

·       Undertaking that the firm has not been blacklisted or debarred by any Government organization

·       A capacity statement relevant to the assignment.

·       Single stage two envelope method will be adopted.

·       Valid proof of firm having at least 3 years’ experience in public / private sector for successfully delivering same kind of software.

·       Tender document having detailed specifications along with terms and conditions may be obtained from office of the undersigned or downloaded from NEECA website (www.neeca.gov.pk).

 

NEECA may be reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal, as provided under Rule-33 of Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2004. The bids prepared in accordance with the instruction must reach the address given below in sealed envelope by 10th March 2025 at 11:00AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of all bidders or their representatives.
